Birds Hit (2015) was my first published game, made with Jacob Whakahau.

This game is no longer available for download. Birds Hit was mthe first game I published, it’s gameplay was a twist on the flappy bird game type.

The initial game design doc had the player pooping on iphone owners.

I enjoying making a chiptune soundtrack for the game which was inspired by J Dilla’s work on Slum Villiage’s 2000 hit ‘Raise it Up’ which to this day is one of my favourite Hip Hop songs.

I found working on the pixel art was challenging but really fun and challenging andJacob and I were both proud the whole game was completed in just over two weeks.
