he first used a.i. to illustrate a story of his grandmother’s tribe, te ati awa, a maori tribe from the taranaki region in aotearoa new zealand. in this process, he began to explore creativity and interweaving maori philosophy into his works.
his output has been prolific since, from concept creation for his own company Utu media to day-to-day workflow at metia interactive.
his art will be showcased for
the first time in metia interactive’s
upcoming ‘guardian maia’ game.
